I wanted to personally recommend Hawkeye Construction and Gil Schrock if you are considering them as your Contractor. I worked with Hawkeye on my ground up 4500 sq ft “Beach House” in Santa Monica several years ago. As the Architect of my own home, I wanted it to look like a “Beach House” with a “Farm House” interior. We were very happy with the way it turned out. The team was a pleasure to work with and it was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Hawkeye to anyone who is looking for a Contractor that really cares.

This letter serves as a recommendation for Hawkeye Construction. I contracted with Hawkeye (Gil) on my ground up 8000 sq ft Mission Style Bldg from July 2012-July 2013. It was a complicated project as we had to install shoring piles on one side and a full basement for the building that had water flowing beneath it. We exported over 800 cubic yds of soil etc. The waterproofing was extensive to say the least. The crews were always there working and courteous to work with. No matter what situation presented itself, we, together came up with a solution and they were a pleasure to work with. The work was completed on time and on budget and we love our new building.
